Throughout its entire 114 year history, the ATC Group has been an independent fiduciary services group that has been owned by its senior management.
There are many global trust groups, but few that are independent of all major banks and other financial institutions. Of the independent fiduciaries, most are smaller operations with little corporate history, offering a limited range of services from a limited number of centres.
Our strategy has been to retain our independence as we expand our range of services and global capabilities, providing a real alternative for those clients that seek a sophisticated, global service provider but do not wish to be tied to a major financial services group.
